About Lighten Up Yoga's In Depth Yoga Studies

Lighten Up Yoga's In Depth Yoga Studies are directed by Lillah Schwartz, Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, E.R.Y.T., and senior student of the Yogic arts. Lillah has been introducing yoga enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds to the Iyengar Method and effective teaching practices since 1984.

Choose from two In Depth Yoga Studies programs:

1. 200 Hr Yoga Alliance Registration Course

Part A: 4 Wknd introto the Iyengar Method

            Begins February 1-3, 2008

Part B: Completion of Our 200 hr Yoga Alliance Course

2. 500 hr. Continuing Ed. Focus Weekends

  June 27-29, 2008 and October 10-12, 2008
