Deepen your understanding, strengthen your personal practice, and transform your life in these five themed weekends. Geared for the student who wants to learn more about yoga practice and philosophy, not necessarily become a teacher. Renew yourself completely and establish yoga as your health and longevity guide.
Learn to:
• use breath to release chronic resistance
• reduce simple body aches and pains with intelligent sequences
• practice proper pose alignment and actions
• determine when a prop is necessary and helpful
• observe yourself with compassion thru self-reflection
Understanding will be gained to deepen and develop a well-founded home practice, break out of old patterns and discovering the true path of yoga, liberation.

-6 Month Payment with registration & deposit on or before January 31st 2012
Deposit = $300 then, five payments of $199 to begin 2/24/12 and to be paid prior to each weekend.
Final payment - June 29, 2012.
-5 Month Payment with registration & deposit on or after February 1st 2012
First payment = $300 by 2/24/12 then, four payments of $250 to begin March 23rd and to be paid prior to each weekend. Final payment - June 29, 2012.
Home Study Requirements:
For the Lifestyle Program your home studies will include selected readings, study guides, and journaling your home practice. Your studies will focus primarily on asana, pranayama, anatomy, physiology and philosophy.
Estimated time: 8 hours per week.
Weekend hours for both Life style programs are:
Friday 2 - 5 pm & 6:45 - 9 pm
Saturday 10:30 - 6:30 pm, with lunch break from 1:30- 2:30 pm
Sunday 8:30 - 12 noon & 1 - 3:30 pm

September 21-23 : Anatomy of Movement
CE Credits for Massage Professionals & Yoga Teachers.
Each 13 hour weekend includes:
asana (pose) practices, pranayama (breath) practices, anatomy studies, relaxation training, pose sequencing principles, meditation and pain management, and more.
