"Lillah is the best instructor I've encountered in 35 years as an educator. Her patient and thorough instruction, precise demonstration, and gentle but knowledgeable monitoring enable me to practice yoga with confidence."

“I am dedicated to and have been deeply changed by the teachings of BKS Iyengar. I am grateful to have studied with Mr. Iyengar, his daughter, Geeta, and numerous senior teachers in his lineage. Tapping my knowledge of science, anatomy, bio-mechanics and the spiritual path, I translate Mr. Iyengar’s actions and principles into practical and meaningful language to benefit the evolution of my students. My particular passion for assisting the students with special needs includes those managing scoliosis, fibromyalgia, menopause, chronic pain and/or fatigue, carpel tunnel, MS, and parkinsons.”
“Of the many teachers I have had in my thirty years of practicing yoga, Lillah’s clarity, dedication and compassion enabled me to heal a severe knee injury while learning the powerful influence of daily mindful yoga practice.”
